I have had a server failure and have to reinstall Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, The system was setup by a contractor and when he left he took all the disks with him, only leaving the licences on the machine, now in order for me to reinstall everything from the backup on a clean set of drives I need the disk that came with the server, getting hold of the contractor is proving impossible!! Where can I get a download copy of Server 2008 R2 Enterprise sop that I can burn to a disk and use as a recovery DVD Any help would be gratefully received as i'm running out of time. If the OS came with the server then you'll likely need to contact the OEM provider. You can download an evaluation here but an OEM key is not going to activate it. Also evaluation conversion is not blocked but is not supported.
